Dr. Hisham Khalil

Caring for families during pregnancy and birth is a great privilege. I am committed to a patient and family centered approach to obstetrical care.
My subspecialty expertise is in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. I work with my colleagues to ensure safe deliveries and improved repairs of patients suffering perineal injuries. In my obstetrical practice, I am happy to provide care to women throughout their pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period.

I obtained my M.D. from McMaster University’s patient-centered medical program in 2006.  This was followed by five years of specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Ottawa. I then completed a 2-year fellowship in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at the IWK Health Centre, Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  I accept refers for obstetrical and urogynecology patients.
